What happens to your documents
Review extracted text before checking. Confirmed text goes to Anthropic; PDFs stay on your device.
Pasted text
The text you confirm is sent to Anthropic to run the check. VisaRoom keeps the document types in your saved report. Saved reports keep short excerpts around each flagged line, up to 500 characters. A very short paste can be saved in full. We do not train on your content.
Photos
JPG, PNG, WebP and HEIC (where your device supports it), up to 5MB. Photos are sent to Anthropic for transcription. VisaRoom processes them in memory and does not save the image file.
PDFs
Selectable text is read from the first 10 pages on your device. Once you confirm it, that text — not the PDF file — is sent for checking; the PDF itself stays on your device and is never uploaded. Scanned pages need a photo or pasted text instead.

Usage limits & details
Run up to 20 checks per person each UTC day, with five seconds between checks. Photo extraction allows up to 40 attempts per person each UTC day. An attempt counts once processing starts, including if processing fails; a request blocked before processing does not count.
Applicable tax is calculated at checkout. Check the final amount and currency before you pay.
