Usage limits & details
Each redeemed seat: Repeat practice for 30 days. You can save up to 200 answers in any rolling 24 hours; rejected or unsaved answers do not count. Each new answer has a 2,000-character limit. The answer box shows the exact count; some emoji and combined characters count as more than one.
Build or rebuild a prep sheet up to 20 times per person and visa type each UTC day. Wait one minute between attempts. An attempt counts once processing starts, including if processing fails.
Applicable tax is calculated at checkout. Check the final amount and currency before you pay.
For your accounts
- Pay by card or PayPal through Lemon Squeezy, our payment partner. Lemon Squeezy is the merchant of record and issues the invoice. UPI is not available yet.
- Prices are in US dollars. Applicable tax is calculated at checkout. Check the final amount and currency before you pay.
- Unredeemed codes don’t expire. Each code gives 30 days of practice from redemption.
- One code covers all 7 practice lines: F1, B1/B2, UK Student, Schengen, Canada, Australia and Germany.

How it runs, our stance on advice, and common questions
How your clients use it

- 03Clients speak or type answers to simulated questions, review feedback on their own words, and choose what to practise next. The feedback can miss things.
We promise practice, not outcomes.
VisaRoom asks simulated follow-ups and checks the answers a client gives in rehearsal. It does not compare those answers with their application file or predict an actual officer’s questions. Your counselling remains yours; VisaRoom gives no case advice.
Common questions
Is VisaRoom legal or immigration advice?
No. It’s speech rehearsal only — practice saying your answers out loud. It doesn’t change your eligibility, your documents, or your case.
We already run mocks. Where does VisaRoom fit?
Between your sessions. Clients rehearse on their own device and review feedback on their own answers. They can choose what to discuss with you in the next mock.
Do you share or resell client data?
No. A client’s rehearsal belongs to them. We don’t sell data, and we don’t run ads against it.
When do the thirty days start?
When each client redeems their code, not when you buy the seats. Each client has their own thirty-day access window.
What can we see?
Code status and access window dates. Never the client’s answers or identity. A redeemed code shows that access started; it does not show completed practice.
Is there a bulk or white-label version?
Buy seats above, from 3 to 1,000 — each one is a code you hand to a client. There’s no white-label version: VisaRoom stays VisaRoom in front of your client.
